Our customers frequently ask us 'what's in this dish?!?'. Not because it is full of mystery ingredients, but because they taste something amazing and want to know how they can duplicate it at home. Enrique will typically come to the table and answer 'Heart and Magic', smile and let that sink in.
Our Menu is focused around local local fresh caught seafood and Bill Niman's famous and sustainable chicken, beef and pork.
We have daily specials built around what's been caught or picked that day, oftwn we will be unable to give an exact answer to 'what will your specials be tomorrow' because the fishermen haven't brought in the catch yet. We of course always have our menu of favorites that we call our 'core' menu but the specials are really just that...SPECIAL.
